Compensation
Section 1. With the exception of statutory salary
increases authorized under the Federal Employees Pay Comparability Act (FEPCA)
of 1990, when an employee becomes entitled to 2 pay changes at the same time,
the changes shall be effected in the order which gives him/her the maximum
benefit.
Section 2. NAATS bargaining unit members are entitled to true time and
one half overtime for all hours worked beyond their scheduled work day/work
week in accordance with Article 93 Overtime of this Agreement.
Section 3. NAATS bargaining unit members are entitled to true "double
time" compensation for all holidays or days in lieu of holidays worked, in
accordance with Article 123 Holidays of this agreement.
