The dates have been set for the election:
The Official Notice of Election will be mailed on June 5th for posting on bulletin boards and websites. The Ballots will be mailed on June 14th. The Ballots need to be returned by June 30th. The Ballots will be also counted on June 30th. There is to be no other further formal campaining (mandatory meetings by management) after June 14th. There can be mailings and one on one campaigning outside of work areas.
