Wages
Section 1. Employees shall be paid in accordance with
applicable negotiated agreements, laws, rules, FAA/DOT regulations and
government-wide regulations.
Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 apply to, but are not limited
to, the following: basic rate of pay, overtime pay, night differential pay,
Sunday premium pay, holiday pay, cost of living allowances (COLAs), remote
site pay*, ATRA, and any and all other FAA/DOT initiated pay projects, if
determined applicable to the Flight Service Option.

Section 3. Minimum grade for Full Performance Level (FPL) Air Traffic
Controllers will be FG12. ( Pay and comp group must make this
determination, article will have to be TAU�d without this section)
