CHANGES TO PERSONNEL POLICIES, PRACTICES AND WORKING CONDITIONS Prior to the implementation of any changes to the personnel policies, practices and matters affecting working conditions of bargaining unit employees, the Agency shall notify the Union and negotiate to the extent required by law and in accordance with Article 91, Mid-Term Bargaining. |
