FAA POLICIES AND DIRECTIVES For the purposes of this agreement, references to FAA Policies and Directives shall be defined as those policies and directives that have been identified to the union and negotiated, as appropriate, or the Union has been given the opportunity to negotiate, as appropriate, and has not responded or declined to do so. |
