Hiring Criteria The Parties recognize that qualification standards for employment are established by the Office of Personnel Management. Prior to recommending changes in the qualification standards for employees covered by this Agreement, the Employer shall notify the Union. If the Union requests, the Parties shall meet, thoroughly discuss the recommendations and attempt to reach a joint recommendation. |
