DURATION Section 1. Subject to member ratification, this Agreement shall remain in effect for sixty (60) months from the date it is approved by the Administrator, FAA, or his/her designee, and shall be automatically renewed for additional periods of one (1) year unless either Party gives written notice to the other of its desire to amend or terminate this Agreement. The written notice must be given not more the one hundred five (105) calendar days and not less than sixty (60) calendar days preceding the expiration date of this Agreement. Negotiations under the Article to amend the Agreement shall commence not later than thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the written request. If negotiations are not completed prior to the expiration date, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until a new Agreement is reached. Government-wide regulations issued during the term of this Agreement shall become controlling at the time of extension if they are in conflict with this Agreement. |
