TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (TMP)
Section 1. The Parties acknowledge that traffic
management shall be utilized to support operations when conditions adversely
affect a facility�s ability to meet customer needs in a timely and efficient
manner.
Section 2. The Parties agree that call re-routing should normally be
limited to the adjacent flight plan area.
Section 3. The Parties agree that within 120 days of the effective date
of this Agreement, a work group shall be established in accordance with
Article 24, Work Groups, Committees, Program, and Project Representatives, to
address traffic management issues.
