NAMES OF EMPLOYEES AND COMMUNICATIONS
Section 1. The Air Traffic Manager shall notify the
Union's Facility Representative in writing as soon as feasible whenever an
employee is hired, transferred, reassigned to another facility, is placed on
extended absence (more than fifteen (15) days), detailed, resigns, retires or
dies.
Section 2. Quarterly, the Employer, at the National level, shall
furnish to the Union in electronic format, a listing by facility of the name,
title and grade of each employee covered by this Agreement, in accordance with
the Privacy Act.
Section 3. The Air Traffic Division Manager shall notify the Union's
Regional Director in writing as soon as feasible whenever an employee is
hired, transferred, or reassigned into or out of any Flight Service facility
within the Region.
