FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS/GAIN SHARING Within six months of the signing of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to establish a joint work group to study the feasibility of establishing flexible spending accounts and/or gain sharing. The Union shall have at least 3 representatives on this group which shall be administered in accordance with the Article on Workgroups, Committees, Program, and Project Representatives of this Agreement. |
