Calling 1-800-WX BRIEF is still the best way to get the latest information on weather and TFR's. As many of you know, cell phones will usually revert to the Flight Service Station where the phone is based out of and not the closest one. All AFSS's now have a dedicated toll free 866 number that will allow the pilot to contact an AFSS regardless of where they're cell phone directs them. Click on the image below for a larger version.
